How to Return an Item for Store Credit
We want you to love your purchase! But if something doesn't quite work out, we're happy to help you with a return for store credit. Here’s everything you need to know about returning an item.
How to Start Your Return:
- Email Us: Begin by emailing us at shopgloryandgraceok@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
- Return Conditions: To qualify for store credit, please ensure your items meet the following criteria:
Return Requirements:
- Unworn, Unwashed, and Unaltered: Items must be in their original condition with no makeup, deodorant stains, or fragrances. Tags must still be attached.
- Shoes: If you’re returning shoes, they must be in their original packaging (shoebox) and in new condition. The shoebox should be free of shipping labels or tape. Please do not return shoes without the box — they will be returned to sender.
- Time Frame: All returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date you received your order. If the return is late, we may charge a restocking fee, and you’ll need prior approval to return your items.
- Final Sale: Items marked as final sale (including accessories and basics) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Additional Info:
- Condition Matters: If an item shows signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Items that are altered will not be accepted.
- Exchanges: If you're hoping to exchange your item for a different size, please email us first to confirm availability before you send the item back.
- Discount Codes: Please note that items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for exchange.
